We Prefer
Email
In the Internet Age,
access is everything.
We're easy to find,
easy to talk to, and we can make you feel easy about
your IRS Levy problems, too.
We work hard to keep
you informed about your case.
We have a series of
four highly detailed emails that go out to each of our
IRS Levy clients. Our emails start from a template
designed specifically for the four major steps in our
IRS Levy Release process. Then we personalize each email
to suit the specifics of each client's IRS Levy Release
case. Figures, years, dates, amounts, deadlines,
payments, conversations, information, encouragement,
suggestions ....
And then the BIG ONE:
"<first name>:
Congratulations!
We told
you we would do it!
We've just been faxed
your IRS Levy Release and will be faxing it to your
employer or bank immediately."

We spend a tremendous amount of
time on the phone with our clients and the IRS.
Wireless earpieces are wonderful! Call us and
we'll spend as much time with as you need, even
if we know you will not become a paying client.
We know the pressure and anxiety that IRS levies
can create and we want you to know help is
available. |

After our initial telephone
conversations, we prefer to communicate by the
methods below, since they not only save time
(that can be then be devoted to more IRS Levy
Release work) but leave a documentation history
for each client.
Once you've become a client,
though, feel free to call us anytime
(except from 8:00 to 10:00 a.m.) and we'll
give you as much time as you like.

Every fax you
send is delivered straight to your account
manager's computer desktop followed by a
distinct "email ringtone" for immediate
attention. |

The easiest way to
contact us is by email. Every email is copied to a
client history file for easy reference. This way notes
are easier to see.

Every email is
delivered to your account manager and loudly
"dings" to note its arrival. |

We have found that an
extremely fast and effective form of "talking" to our
clients is through voice messages attached to emails.

Yes. Even in
our fast-paced speed of the Modern Internet
World, we even have a real live business
address. None of our clients ever use it,
though. Not for anything as life-threatening as
an IRS Levy. |

We Do It Fast
We operate fast and furious to
get your IRS Levy Release as fast as possible.
You may find that we
talk
fast, too.
But we'll still give
you all the time you need and we'll answer all your
questions.
Even adults need a
little hand-holding. Especially when IRS has a lock on
their paychecks or their bank accounts.
|
Special Request
We'll talk to you any time you want.
We just ask that you wait until after 10:00 a.m. to call
us.
Why?
Because at 8:00 a.m. sharp every morning we're
calling our IRS contacts and talking to them about our
current IRS Levy clients.
And we'll be talking to them until at least
10:00.
So you can easily understand why we want no
interruptions during our first few hours of each day.
Please don't be annoyed or upset if your phone
call goes straight to voicemail if you call before 10:00.
We're just doing our job.
